Decentralized Trust Infrastructure Governance – Reference Framework

This document presents a reference framework for governing decentralized trust infrastructure through a trust infrastructure Operators Group. It defines Operators and their rights, roles, onboarding/ offboarding, and responsibilities as part of an Operators Group, including options to delegate tasks to third parties under Operators Group oversight. The document lays out how decisions are made transparently by consensus with defined quorum and escalation processes. Dispute resolution and change management procedures are also covered.
