Roger Berg

Vice President, North American R&D,
DENSO International America, Inc.

Roger Berg is a Vice President at DENSO’s North American Research and Development group. His latest research interests and responsibilities include CX/UX, technology scouting, roadmapping and planning, semiconductors, quantum computing and blockchain for mobility services.

Berg has experience in military and consumer electronics from previous engineering management and executive positions at Northrop Grumman, Motorola and Sony Electronics combined with his 24 years as an executive for automotive electronics product development and R&D at DENSO.

Berg earned a BSEE from the University of Illinois, and a MSEE from Illinois Institute of Technology. He is the inventor or co-inventor on 12 U.S. and international patents. He serves as Vice Chair of MOBI’s Integrated Trust Network Maintenance Council.

Nabil Bitar

CTO & Head of Network Architecture,
Bloomberg LP

Nabil Bitar holds BS, MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is the CTO – Head of Network Architecture at Bloomberg LP working on WAN, enterprise, private and public cloud networking. Prior to his current position he was the CTO for the Large Enterprise & Webscale Segment at Nokia. and a fellow and director of Services and Network Architecture at Verizon. Nabil was also a principal engineer and architect at Ascend Communication (acquired by Lucent) working on routing and routing system control and data plane architecture, and a principal member of technical staff at GTE Laboratories working on IP, QoS, VoIP and wireless data and AIN.

Nabil has been a frequent contributor to IETF in the areas of MPLS and Layer2 and Layer3 VPNs (21 FFCs, including EVPN) and a frequent contributor to the Broadband Forum. He held working group positions in the IETF, ONUG and OFC, and has been a frequent speaker at various fora. He has several refereed publications and conference presentations, and holds 30 patents in the various areas he worked on.

Alejandro Fuster Tozer

SpainDC

As CTO for SpainDC, Spanish Data Center Association, Alejandro leads the association’s technical, regulatory, and innovation agenda for the Spanish data center industry. He coordinates national initiatives on energy access, grid infrastructure, sustainability, and talent development, while also driving SpainDC’s engagement with European counterparts and public authorities.

Amin Jerraya

Amin Jerraya is an accomplished IT executive with over 25 years of leadership across software development, service and operations management, consulting, and program leadership. Notably, his tenure at Siemens Healthineers underscored his expertise in driving complex digital transformations, where he led global teams in deploying forward-looking solutions in cloud computing, cybersecurity, connectivity AI, and modern workplace technology.

Known for his results-driven approach, Amin combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful, scalable solutions tailored for today’s digital landscape. His global perspective and adaptable leadership style empower teams to navigate complexity and drive measurable success. Amin is a member of the Customer Advisory Boards of Orange Business, Palo Alto Networks and Moveworks.

Mark Looker

Mark Looker is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and is the Global Head of ENS voice & Data Operations. Mark’s is responsible for the global support and deployment of the firm’s data networks, telephony and low latency trading infrastructure.

Raleigh Mann

Senior Vice President of Technology,
Williams-Sonoma, Inc

Raleigh Mann has been at the forefront of networking and infrastructure for 30+ years. Early in his career he worked for Science Applications International Corp (SAIC) as a network analyst at the early days of the public Internet, then on to America Online just prior to the explosive growth of Dial-up Internet. He then moved to the West Coast and created the networking and security team at Industrial Light + Magic (a Lucasfilm company)—where high-performance compute systems were in huge demand for special effects in the film industry. After 7 years and completion of the technical studios at the Presidio campus, Raleigh joined Google’s production networking team.

While at Google and with 10x+ growth year over year, his team designed and launched the first large scale SD-WAN/OpenFlow (B4 network), continuing on to implement and manage SDN in the datacenter as well, utilizing their own hardware and software. This team was also recognized by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences with multiple EMMY(™) awards for their work on the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, capable of broadcasting nearly all events live and globally through the Google/YouTube systems, delivering orders of magnitude with more capability than the 2010 Olympics.

Raleigh Mann now serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. where they have implemented SD-Wan for the retail stores, SDN in the datacenter and are on a Zero Trust migration for the entire enterprise, among many other transformations, both technical and cultural.

Chema San José 

Head of Data & AI Architecture - CTO Global,

José María (Chema) San José is the Head of Data & AI Architecture at Santander, where he leads the data and AI architecture across the group and contributes to building the global data platform as the tech lead for Santander Group. He is also the CTO & Co-Founder of Gatchan Telecom, a company established in 2020 to provide safe internet access for children.

Throughout his career, Chema has played key roles in defining data and innovation strategies at BBVA and launching a B2B company at Orange, focused on developing digital telecom products. His expertise spans cloud computing, data architectures, and the development of business models and high-performance engineering teams.

He combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to leadership, working across banking, telecommunications, and digital production environments. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is a father of five, a music enthusiast, a mountain climber, and a cyclist, always seeking new challenges and opportunities for learning.

Drew Yates

As Head of Network Services at TD Bank, Drew Yates leads transformative initiatives across the firm’s global infrastructure—driving automation, secure and stable architectures, as well as advanced connectivity technologies. He and his team’s work deliver performance and agility to support enterprise-scale growth for the firm’s next generation of banking technology.  
 
Under his leadership, Drew and his teams have established themselves as financial-services leaders in network automation. He is a frequent industry speaker, sharing insights on automation frameworks and methodologies that drive resilience, speed, and efficiency in large-scale banking environments. 

Previously as Executive Director of Network Infrastructure at Citizens Financial Group, Drew led globally distributed teams across retail, trading, and wholesale banking connectivity portfolios. During a period of strategic acquisition, he orchestrated the technical integration of eight major consumer and commercial bank mergers while also designing and implementing a hybrid-cloud network strategy that improved scalability, resilience, and delivered cost efficiency across the organization. 

Earlier in his career, Drew held senior leadership and consulting roles at Dimension Data—now part of NTT—where he established and scaled managed and professional services teams for global financial services clients. 

Drew is based in the New York City and Providence, Rhode Island areas. Outside of work, he is a passionate New England-sports fan and remains engaged with the region’s technology and business community.
