John is a dynamic leader with a 20-year tenure at Neustar where he leads the Carrier Provisioning business, which includes a complete suite of automated products and services addressing carriers’ off-net provisioning needs.

Holding leadership positions across all areas of Neustar’s business, John has extensive experience in product management, operations, development, service delivery, customer care, and professional services.

John has been an ISO 9000 lead auditor and is certified in Rummler-Brache process improvement methodology, Cost of Quality and CMMI. He holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master’s in economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
