MEF 91 refers to Performance Tiers (PT0.3 to PT4) and associated Performance Objectives. However, with Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (GEO) satellites, it is only possible for Carrier Ethernet services to meet the performance objectives of PT4 CoS Label L, and only with FD (95th percentile).
