This update supports the Address (Installation Place) changes in Mplify 150.

(POQ) function defined for the LSO Cantata and LSO Sonata Interface Reference Points (IRPs),
for which requirements and use cases are defined in Mplify 79.1 Product Offering Qualification Management Business Requirements and Use Cases
