The new LSO API Certification enables sellers of connectivity services to validate that their suite of APIs used for business transactions conform to Mplify standards.

Tested and Certified LSO APIs are a combination of three elements:

Seller
Business Function
LSO API Release

A product payload is used during LSO API Certification, but it is not validated.

Mplify’s LSO API Certification Workflow for Service Providers

Initial informational engagement with Mplify, signed contract, introduction to Mplify’s LSO Certification Partner, Amartus.
Service Provider meets with Amartus for a Certification Plan to finalize certification exam environment and LSO APIs under certification.
Amartus develops the LSO API Certification suite and provides it to Service Provider.
Service Provider uses LSO API Certification suite to validate API implementation.
Service Provider schedules an LSO API Certification exam with Amartus.
Amartus validates the LSO API Certification exam results.
Amartus informs Mplify of successful LSO API Certification for publication on the LSO API Registry, with approval of the Service Provider.
Mplify publishes the certification information to the LSO API Registry, including the Certification Badge and the Certification Test Report Identifier.
The Certification Test Report, which contains all the details of the certification tests, is the property of the Service Provider. Service Providers are encouraged to share their Test Reports with their LSO API Partners.
